wow, good effort, i normally jogging around the tan in the city for aboout 6-7km each time during lunch time and sometimes friday 10km run all da way from city to toorak

it's both the fat gut and beauuuuuuuuuutiful bouncy objects from other female joggers keeping me motivated!!!!!

yes..sumemr is here, i should get fit again....

Gos- a simple solution to cut SOME of ur sugar intake down is to use coke ZERO (or diet) with ya jimmy...jimmy with no sugar is still better for ya than a beer....

keep it up Steza..when do we get a pic of the non-fat version??

:lol: back in the 80's I split up with a long(ish)-term girlfriend, and dropped from 85kg to 68 in about 4 weeks....... :shock: :shock:
