No such thing as testosterone powder. He's full of shit.

theres a few products that claim they make u produce testosterone... MALE FUEL is one..... honestly there is NO evidence it works... mind u i tried it and spen $60 on a bottle, that lasts 20 days or so..did FUCK ALL (didnt even make me horny- so i doubt it worked)...

protein powders, creatine etc can help if used properly, as can a healthy diet, and a decent program...

90% of the guys i see at my gym have there program all arse about and wont take advice anyway...

Well this week was an unusual week...

firstly because of melbourne cup day it is one day shorter... which is probably a good thing...

The giving up smoking is going well... havent had a ciggy in 5 days or so now..... But it has lead to uncontrollable hunger........ What people say about ciggies triggering your hunger senses has to be right... It has caused me to make some innapropriate decisions... but I see this as a small setback... and one that I somewhat expected.... The hungers are dying down a bit now.... I no longer find myself reaching for a ciggy all the time, so that is a good thing..

I expect I will break even or even put on a little bit.... Hopefully not too much.... Mostly because of the hungers....

You'll probably find that you're metabolic rate will slow down as nicotine exits your system. Be *extremely* restrained, exercise, drink plenty of water and if necessary eat low carb/hi-fibre type stuff to keep the hunger at bay without stacking on too much weight. Depending on your previous rate of smoking it could take a *long* time to get into good habits that keep you off the need for cigarettes.

exactly the reason to do this while I am on a diet..... I thought about putting it off until I had reached my goal, and decided against it... take the hit now, rather than later.........

Im feeling fairly positive about it this week..... I stuck to the food regime fairly well, and got a fair few walks in..... I think I will lay off drinking too much water in the afternoon...

I feel like I am having a thin day... hehe.......

That said, sometimes it is hard to tell how well you are doing in a week.... its not like you can actually feel the difference ..... so....

Wish me luck...

I'm on the gum.............

Im going to do the gum for a few months.... I would rather be addicted to the gum then the cigarettes, its cheaper too.....

The hardest part giving up smoking is the habbit, the actual nicotine addiction isnt a problem.......

Apparently your triggering mechanism is the nicotine addiction, but the long term problem is the habbit...... so you go on the gum, it stops the trigger going off without the habbit kicking in.......... eventually once the habbit has worn off.... you remove the nicotine aswell.... at this point the trigger is pulled, but it has no habbit to back it up, so the addiction is over in 2 days.......

So yeah, Im on the gum..... works very well....

Thanks Stereo i was looking at quitting also but at this stage finding out other ways other than the patches (although they worked for about 6-7 weeks).

I was also told about Nicobreavin, aparently it is quite good and it is herbal??

I must say tho the gum sounds good.

Well done stereo you must be feeling a bit better for it.

You know somethings happened when you have to go hunting for a new belt and whatever it was you where wearing just slides strai off you ass....I dont own a set of scales at this stage.
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?
