just to change the topic just beifly, has anyone on here tried steriods before ?? my mate has just been on it for 5 weeks and he has grown almost 10kg :shock: but fark he has been in the shittiest mood!!!

its bloody good stuff tho!! he went from 95 kg to 105kg in a bit over 1 month! mind u he has lost his job so he just stays home and does weights!!!

I had a mate who was on them for 2 years, but he is dead now........

I used to know somebody on them, besides the mood swings, aggresion (wich can lead to violent behaviour) and the overall strain it puts on your body and your partners violent1.gif !

yea i also am against them...they cost lots, affect ur body in bad ways (like make ya nuts tiny and worthless)..i believe they take away sexual desire too...


ok clarified Steza...good work on breaking 110.... shit u might break 100 by xmas at this rate.... thats a lot of weight uve lost...

amazing what u can do when u put ur mind to it

I can hope, but thats a pretty big ask.... Considering I am not really going out of my way to lose weight other than eating right and doing a bit of exercise every week...

I know I can lose that much in 4 weeks if I really wanted to...

But my next aim is to lose 4.6kg by november 25th.... For my first ever track day..........

i'm not saying i am gunna take them, but just interested. When i say steriods, i am talking Testosterone Powder and oil. My mate said when he did it for 5 weeks he was mega horny to start with for hte next 4 weeks he just had EXPLOSIVE power and the rate at which he was doing weights was out of control!! but he stopped after 5 weeks.

Best thing he could have done.

Some medications that can be taken in small doses via a doctor are not too bad, but one thing to remember that anything you take (even herbal) has a +/-. If you want to do some body building to the old fashioned way Dietitian and weights program. At the end you will feel better for it as you know how hard it was to do.

my mate is a bloody tank so tis not like he needs testosterone, He said he felt 100% after he took it, but he was just worried after he took them just for the fact they are banend for a reason. Anyway he had blood tests and jsut a general health check after his 5 weeks and the doctor said he was at a normal fitness health level but the only thing which looked a little abnormal but ntohing to worry about was his slighty raised testosterone level!!

maybe it has different effect on people

testosterone just increases ur bodys ability to make muscle... no matter what he takes/uses (and it doesnt have to be steroid) if he was a premier athlete they would test for test level, and if it was above normal he would be banned...herbal,steroid,powder ...whatever...

there are problems with excessive test' ..like acne and i think it can fark with ur liver/kidneys??

i just use hard work,protein supplement and try to eat well-ish...


as for u steza...that is a huge effort... good work mate....

Eelko, first time I've posted in your thread.

I have over the years for various reasons, health/buddy/fitness have done Gloria, my own plan and the best yet lite n easy.

I usually loose weight quick at first then doing the same things the weight loss drops off because of the % to body requirements reduces. I will never get to be the ave. weight due to age muscle mass etc.

First place ppl notice is skinny ass, face and legs then the waist gradually loses it.

I applaude your success mate, I'm going to try and get fit, (back problems). I know weight loss will occur but will even out once the weights kick in. This doesn't mean hulking just as Neka said muscle fitness means heavier body mass. Did that make sense?
