marchessini 5 spoke 16.5" swap for 17"

Anyone out there want to swap a 5 spoke 16.5" rear rim for a 17" rear.
I have a rim off a race bike which I would like swap to my road bike, hence the 17". They are off a ZX7RR WSBK (Sanchini or Clemmenti). Only raced on sundays.
The swingarm is a lot wider than a stock swingarm but I dont know if the rim is any different. I am looking for one of the same vintage (late 1990s).
