Well done. So it's only .2 the thing is that you know how hard it is to loose and the effort it takes to get it off(the weight that is) so there is less chance of you putting it back on. Keep up the good work.

My wife now weighs less than me she has lost over 30kg in over 18mths with a lot of hard work 4days a week at the gym + extras.

I think if I did that I would consistantly lose 2.5 to 3kg a week........ But I decided that rather than go for a quick fix (not that I am saying she is doing that) I wanted to do it in a way that I would apply for the rest of my life..... and since I dont plan to go to the gym regularly forever, Im not doing it now... Then again, your wife probably doesnt have my ability to gain weight by seeing a burger from 50m away...

Stereo sorry what i am trying to say is that she did the same as you, sat down looked at herself worked out her future and that she could not run around with the little guy and other things  , and did something about it. I would suport any one out there doing just that.

Then again, your wife probably doesnt have my ability to gain weight by seeing a burger from 50m away...

Don't bet on it

I prefer to think of it as "point 2" or "one fifth of a kilo" hehehe.....

In any case, as you could probably tell I was pretty happy with that...

Im off to see Jenny again tonight.... Fingers x-ed....
