That looks pretty fricking neat :-).

b.t.w. r.e. the forks, the reason for the rattle gun is theres a fork inner and outer, and there's a plunger between them. You press down on the fork inner, and the load from the spring holds the plunger in place so they can rattle it out.

you can try turning the allen bolt, but it'll just keep twisting and twisting and twisting until you go nots, you really need the impact shock to jar it out.

I've taken Andii's advice and Lucas's lack of interest    I think he has found someone else to play with....

I found a new owner of an old bike repair shop in Epping to do the fork seals. Simply cos I want the front end on to mock up the bike. If he does a the job, he'll get a rap on here. Oh and his mate rides a CRIM, it'll be in the Eletromold entry at the show and shine at the GP.

Oh and Matt it is still gunna be a trackie that rides on the road....

Plas is part owner of the bike so he gets use of it over here... he just has to let me ride his 6 when we go to SA...

cheers

Tape
That swing arm did come up good.
I thought there might have been a few holes that may have popped up when polishing and needed a bit more welding but I was wrong. :D

mate thanks for the call and good to see it all worked out.

How did you get the swingarm to come out so well. Last time I saw it, it had bits missing -)
