when they had that mad winter weekend on "wide world of sports" back in the day. there used to be a mountain bike race downhill.
all the serious blokes used to get self tapers and screw them from the inside out. pretty good idea.
i still think the sand paddle tyres are cool, they leave such cool roostertails!
