Yeah, I need to use the mirrors on my 10 to check whether the 12 riders are keeping up on their sportstourers

I borrowed race reps z1000 with all the mods while mine was in for a new front tyre (dunlop qualifier) and 24000 service, the z1000 had bar end mirrors and were as useful as tits on a bull, they were magnified and made the car behind u feel like it was up ur arse on the road when it was actually 3 car lengths behind, best thing is to do the exorcist and rotate ur head the full 360 lmfao

Nope, I lift up my arm and look under it.. theres never usually anyone that close to see though...

That's what i do, open the elbows out a little and look through the middle, but it's hard when you are going fast so I use the good old head turn.

i think it's a camera with a display inside the helmet :D

There was one on the box recently that used mirrors through the top of the helmet & has had years or research & $$$ poured into it... but they recon it has paid off & will start selling soon.
The final mirror sits at the top of your visor would be about 1/2" deep
The image was crystal clear!
Personally i think that would be a friggin distraction

unbolt the original mirror, turn the stem 180 degrees then refit it,

the mirror now sits slightly higher than standard, so its above your elbows and can be angled to see more of whats behind you,

ive done a few rides out now with my mirrors like this and i think its loads better than they were,

give it a try, if you dont like it, just turn them around again :)

or buy these extenders http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/pr ... /2516/309/

or ive read cbr929 and suzuki gs500f (must be the f model) mirrors also work

Got any pics of these 180ed mirrors?
