Well my hopes arent high... Because of my trip to sydney I went to a restaurant twice.... And its hard to make good decisions when you are staaarving.... (work kept me until 8pm so I was hungry as hell).....

Lunches were not a lot better..... Being in the office in sydney made it hard to have my morning and afternoon snacks leaving me starving at lunchtimes.... That was ok on friday but saturday was tough (still didnt do too bad on saturday, had a vegetable pie) but sunday when I was doing a lot of walking I fell off the wagon and had a burger and chips for lunch...

But I did do shitloads of walking around sydney so I am hoping it kind of cancels itself out...

Anyways... Im guessing (or even HOPING) that I broke even :(

Bummer. put on 100 grams.... Not so bad all things considered....

Bringing my overal weight to 124.6 from (136.4) thats a total loss of <b>11.8kg</b>

Im going to be really good this week.... I will have to be super good at Diesels party guys :(
