Wow, one week flew by really quickly...

Ok, just a quick update.... for no particular reason other than possibly the mental boost it gives me to avoid any embaressment in the future....

My starting weight turned out to be 136.4 not 137.8 (bathroom scales.... pfff)

My weight today according to the professional scales is 133.2..

Thats 3.4 kilos :) yayay...

I think I could have done a lot better, but I got a really bad flu last thursday and I still havent really recovered.... So I havent been to the gym at all.... This will that will change.

Good luck with it mate, I am trying to lose weight too and I've noticed that it is much bloody harder to get results now than it was 10 years ago, but I'm not giving up!

Great news about the initial loss, it will give you that mental boost you need to keep going, great stuff :D

good work mate..but heres the big tip...losing 3kg a week isnt gunna happen every week, its actually not that healthy to drop huge amounts ....not often neway....but good work..ussually the 1st coupla weeks its fluid..ur body doesnt retain as much or sumthin (been a few yrs, im a bit hazy)...heres a few tips (i hope u got my pm replies too)

1.weigh urself at the same time every day- preferably after uve urinated.

2.use same scales

3.dont worry as much abt weight, as about body shape. (u might end up being 110kg of pure muscle and look like a rugby player-not always a bad thing, but due to ur size it may be hard to get to 85kg or woteva without looking like a wif....worry abt how ur body changes shape, and how ur clothes fit u

4.BIG TIP.....find a shirt that use to fit u...or a pair of pants..or both.....

now..dont fuking quit until u can fit ur ass into those clothes!!

now go get em tiger...

Well Done :D

As Neka said
3.dont worry as much abt weight, as about body shape.

It is better to keep measurements than weights, my missus has lost over 30kg(4 times a week at the gym and watching what she eats) but lately no weight loss but a lot of cm.
Keep up the good work.
