A Twist of the Wrist - DVD

Does anyone here have "A Twist of the Wrist" on DVD, and if so, what are your thoughts on it?

I have the second book, is it worth buying the vid?

I had heard it's not worth it - but haven't seen it myself so don't know for certain.

i heard someone on another forum say 10% useful, 90% filler.

never seen it myself, just relaying what i've heard, but take it as you will.
