The best bike for you seems to be an ER6-F or ER6-N.... of which the ride height is the closest to your current bike.
There are some things that can help those of us who are a tad more compact than the rest....
1. Extra soles on your bike boots (sounds silly, but an extra layer of sole can be added and this will increase your standing height).
2. You can soften the springs to lower the bike somewhat. This unfortunately leads to poorer handling, so you cant go too far.
3. You can "shave" the seat... Because the ER6F/N only have a small amount of padding this wont rescue many inches.
Also, i called Race Replica Kawasaki to see if there were any adjustments that could be made. Unfortunately there are no standard things that can be done, because the bike does not have linkages they cannot be exchanged to lower the height. (note the unusual suspension on the side of the bike, looks great, but in this particular case its a bit of pain).
HOWEVER, we discussed the option of replacing the standard shock with a shorter after market one. This is very possible and it is something that people like Krooz Tune can do for you. They MAY be able to adjust the current one to have a shorter spring, or they would have to produce a unit for you which would be a little shorter....
