Just so people know. Underdog Leathers are offering a 10% discount to KSRC Forums Members... As per my Discussion with Joe, who is a member of KSRC and the Vic Rep for Underdog.
Unfortunetly I need my leathers soon, so I am unable to get them through under dog.. So looks like I'll have to go try on some Colins and Alpinestars.. Kiernanracing.com is looking good at this point..

Smitty1955 wrote:oh and my leathers came from Torrini..in Port Melbourne custom made too..... short legs (not as short as some) and .......... big ummm... hips

But certainly not as big as some.....
Mine are also from Torrini, cut and chopped around to fit. They buy them in bulk from Pakistan, then modify them to fit you. They certainly do the job, and are reasonably priced, although the leather quality is a bit questionable if you ask me (not as thick as some, you know...).
Sorry Dan, I don't remember the individual cost of them though, although both jacket and pants heavily modified altogether cost $600, and they threw in a pair of winter gloves as well
That didn't help you at all really, did it.....

Well went and tried on some Alpinestars today after work.. $675 I think RRP..
Looks like I'll be ordering some from Kiernanracing in a couple of weeks.. $270US plus shipping...
So looks like I'll be booking myself in next week. Depending on how much I waste at the GP...
YAY! Not many sleeps now..

they are pretty much matching.. don't see why they wouldn't..
but the jacket zip has the other half whcih can be sewed to the pants if it doesn't..
Still looking around for a cheaper alternative though...
