Hi Karen,

Peter Stevens had 2003 ZZR600 (originally a ex-Southbank BMW loaner) on sale a while back with them fitted. They were mounted on top and inboard of the left-hand grip. Large knob on top big enough to adjust while wearing gloves...

Pretty neat setup, and as some of the posts mentioned, it may be better to go for a model you can adjust the heat.

These ones are fixed, as far as I can tell:

These ones wrap around and don't seem to be adjustable either:

These ones look ok (but they're dearer):

They also have two others:

BTW> It was 1 degree up here that morning, I didn't think it was that cold, however, I'm only going 15km and it's all over in less than 11 minutes 8) . My Dririder Extreme gloves are ok, and if it gets really cold I squeeze a pair of Draggins kevlar gloves underneath.

HTH

Mate, it's not as strange as it sounds, you can apparently make your own electric clothing:

Not my cup of tea, but I kept the URL for novelty value 8).

Jaysus Mick, you really do your homework don't you!!!!

Thanks for all that.

I've decided on a set of Oxford Hot Grips and made a specific trip into town last weekend to get them, only to find that Peter Stevens, along with all the other bike shops were closed cause it was Easter - I wasn't pissed off much - REALLY!!!

Never mind, I'll get them soon and be all toasty before I know it.

Why worry about heated hand grips when you can get heated gloves?

Along with vests, sleeves and chaps.
