Lozza, both ant(OSB) and myself work at Pro Kwakka at Springwood

Levers are cheap as chips

I'm pretty sure rear sets aren't.

price the genuine one from shop, try http://www.findapart.com.au, or go bling :D

Ok.

So it's not the rearset I'm after - it's the 'peg hanger'.

Will get some photos so that people can confirm this for me.

I'll be coming to grab a lever off you tomorrow tanya :P

I don't - there's an ant on OSB that I presume that Tanya is talking about.

You can see that where the peg goes through has broken off from the rest of it.

The peg/brake lever and everything behgind it is fine.

Fri Apr 14, 2006 4:30 pm

damn those are sum serious nails..u could take an eye out with those!!

If you want to get it welded, Dave Kellett Motorcycle Engineering at Slacks Creek does good work for reasonable prices.

Fri Apr 14, 2006 5:23 pm

How strong would it be if it was welded?.

I'd prefer just to get the new part.

And those nails aren't mine!. They are a friends!

Bugger Ant, a good welder will zap that back togetehr no sweat. Or go hard & get a couple cut out of Billet aluminiun be cheaper then oem by heaps n add some bla-bling. 8)

'Tis a her........

And noones answered my question yet.

Are they rear sets, or peg hangers?

Get Dave Kellet to weld it.

I've had two breaks like that. Fixed no probs.

Cost ya $50 but be strong as.

But not look so pretty.

Be less than half the cost of new one.

I'm not going to get it welded.

Spoken to a mate that went to Kellet, and he said Kellet Advised him that if your going to standing up on the peg a lot etc, then it won't last.

So, currently chasing a peg holder/bracket - possibly get them polished whilst they are off the bike.

Also chasing a front brake lever.

Was hoping to do a heap of riding this weekend, but that's gone out the window.
