if on a holiday and you intend on buying, i have no idea how you'd meet the requirements to register a vehicle in any states, due to not being able to prove residency in the respective state.....anyone with some ideas?

either way, sounds great and hope to cya in canberra!

im coming over to buy bike then selling or just going bring it home to nz. to be honest i hadnt thought of registration. hope it wont be an issue, you guys have enough kiwis over there as it is without me moving to OZ.

Heya Shadow, where abouts are you from in NZ?

Im from Auckland myself.... Personally I am a big fan of melbourne... and if I was going to do a round trip I would start here, then work myself counter clockwise around.... Mostly because the most geographically challenging part would be first, then you would get to the more "civilised" part toward the end... (if it was a clock, you would be starting at 5 o clock, perth is roughly 10oClock, and when you get to about 1oclock you start getting back into civilisation)...
