Went to Battery World at Rocklea. I had a choice of two batteries but they only had one in stock. Old battery was CACTUS (FUBAR), they installed new battery and not sure if its my imagination or not, but bike even seems to run a bit better?

Quite possibly, as the electricity being supplied would be a lot more stable as the battery would be able to fill in any hiccups in the power the altenator would provide.

Also there will be less load on the Alternator. there for less power drain on the motor
