That was taken from the BRIGHTON (thats in Australia) Kawasaki website...

Sheesh!!! Have you got ears in your knees or something?

I'm not denying that, it's just it's not on the Kawasaki AUS site, when all the new models are on there.. I'd suggest Brighton (with the loss of the ZZR) are considering importing the american zzr 600 (the zx6r from the early 00's) over to replace it..

The only way they'll be available in AUS is if a company like brighton wanted to import them from japan / america.. as they are not listed on Kawasaki Aus site as their range for 06 !!!!!!

Smitty, will you ring ya mates at brighton kawasaki and clarify this ? for the last 2 years we've been told we'd never see the 00' 600's turn into the ZZR down under!

Wed Jan 25, 2006 8:19 am

BKwaka??

just rang them
the pic is of a US ZX6 (aka ZZR600)
and WILL NOT be coming to Oz in 2006
its an ...ooops!

they are going to check site
and get webguys to fix it....
btw
They did mention they sold the last 'ol style ZZR600
in the country in late November last year

That's interesting - I know a guy who bought one brand new from I believe Brighton Kawasaki in November. I wonder if his was the last one? (How many would they normally sell in a month anyway?)

14 release date has been put back to march now so the dealer told me yesterday.
Had the new 12 there and much to my amazement it looked pretty good with that 70`s gold paint!   The black has a blue tint to it which looks different aswell.

Edit: Also, look at this picture, they're three-way adjustable :D

But thats a zx10r front end.!!...

but all the shots of the 14 ive seen so far also seem to have something down there for adjustment

Wed Jan 25, 2006 3:21 pm

No question about it. All the pics clearly show preload, rebound and compression adjusters...
To the front anyway...
I'm sure Kawi wouldn't be that tight to not have an adjustable shock on there flagship model...
