I've talked to people who have them and think they're great.. It's on my list of *one day* purchases

sure would have come in handy the other week when i ended up with twigs and empty cigarette packets trying to keep the bike upright..

$15, that's half a slab That would hold 15 bikes up for ever, they come in green (mmmmmmmm VB) and fit neatly under the seat too. Also available in a variety of colours and flavours, and non alcoholic types should you be caught without one on a ride.

Always find something around to use when needed

does the mudbug stick on to the existing stand? or u have to pull it out from your bag everytime?

Tis a great idea although I remember a mate had a Ducati one....he only got to use it once b4 it was knocked off. Anything is a good idea. Especially in this heat where bitumen can become very soft. I personally carry a scrap metal plate under the seat, but cans, bark etc can also do the job for parking on grass, med etc. My only concern is that someone will like it more than you, and "borrow" it. I wonder if they make a "centre stand" version as well...hehe

yup...a can is much cheaper, and multi-purpose...i get a drink and a stand support...and i dont have to carry it round with me...
