Geez smitty i hope thats a funny camera angle on the 10r looks like the pegs are way up in the air on that shot and the rider is hanging onto the tank with his knees....ergos for a 5 foot 4 race pilot.
I would like to lift the ones on my bike but probably not that far, at least the reviews say the 10r will be more rideable rather than its really quick if ya can just keep it upright.
should be plenty more reviews shortly and at least they splashed out on a damper this year which seems sill because even a factory stock gixer 600 has one burried in the front of the bike.
I reckon it looked ok my only critisism of the thing was after you spend 18 to 20 g you will be looking at replacing 2 cans for another 1600 to 1800 bucks and it seems exensive.

Why would you have to replace them, they work and are legal, 2k for arguably a 5hp? increase?

If you have seen them in the flesh they look pretty ordinary, might be that big heat sheild that is attached to the cans.
I supose like anything else they will probably grow on you but a pair of crbon ones wuold be better.
Dont know what kawasakis obsession is with poop brown.

I like the 10 and the 12, not such a big fan of the look of the 14 personally. No surprise re the ZZR600 given that the ER6 is out now in a fully faired configuration, looks damn sexy too.

the 14R and the 12R, the same weight? 210kg, now that's a light little machine I reckon. But looks? Give me the 12R anyday

No power figures?
The ZX14 is rumoured to have 200+hp

The ZX6R isnt really ded.... well it is but isnt.... Basically from what I understand is that the 01 ZX6R is now officially the 06 ZZR600

Have a look at the Brighton Kawasaki website and look at the ZZR 600
Thats right....

Looks like the zx14 should be a zzr14, non ajustable suspension

and smaller throttle bodies

Im not liking it already
At least they got the weight right.
Then they have gone and painted 1970`s gold on the 12`s lowers and wheels, dice on the mirrors would top it off nicely.
Looks like the 12 with a repaint will still be the best road bike tho.

Only pre load on the shock according to those specs.

You've got to give the old ZZR600 credit - what other 600cc sports bike has stayed in production virtually unchanged for 16 years and still sold enough (despite being in probably the most competitve market segement of all) to be viable?
I still don't get the idea of Kawasaki saying the ER6 being a replacement for the ZZR600. Different type of engine, less fairing, it's like saying the SV650 is a replacement for the GSXR600. At least to my newbie eyes anyway
