mate u should see some of the "electrical industry standards" paperwork i see at work from consultants.
There standards are still from the 50's cos some bloke has been doing a cut and past from job to job.
i still have clients running Autocad R14, i think its from 1998 or there abouts.

I wasted $6200 on them with one of my inventions in 2002. Got nowhere. I flew to Melbourne to check out their office and it looked legit. Spent the dosh didn't get any result, and I'm not convinced they did anything at all.
Perhaps he owns it??
I wish....I would get my $6200 back that way....
Inventions are a bastard to get going. I've given up (got a few) and working on my driving school- far better return on my investment,(several motorcycles) and I enjoy it to boot!
Maybe try the Triton Foundation- they help Aussie inventors get going....
