Dogbone Help needed asap

Hey all,

Ive been told that on my 89 ZXR750 H1 that I can replace the dogbones on the rear suspension with later model ones to lift the backend a bit.

My questions are - are the dogbones I need from a J model? do I just need the dogbones or do I need the rocker too? How much should I pay for the dogbones from a wrecker? and are they easy to replace - they look to be?

I finish work at Midday today and am going shopping, so any help prior to then would be appreciated!
