On the road again... two inches off the road

Postby MunkeeGrlZX6R » Sat Dec 10, 2005 7:26 am

Got myself a new beastie... shamefully small I realise, but I went out and did the best thing I could think of... bought Kawasaki stickers and made the "Blata" into a kwakka. Rode it over to grab lunch at work the other day... doesnt like curbs.

So you will be off to parkdale for the racing then :D did you already know about that?

They have pocket bike racing down the goldcoast think its a saturday night thing.
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

they've made new legislation for pocket bikes as they don't comply with aust design rules. There's a purchase ban for 40 days? and if any are sold in that time the seller can get a $40,000 fine..
I'll find out more info..
They're not legal to ride on the road at all.

Yes I do realise that they dont conform to the Australian standards, but I just bought it to take around the kart track near Griffith Uni, and if I can stay off of it for long enough, I might even let my little gromits have a go. Its great for laughs anyways...
