racing dvds

Was just having a search on ebay for some racing dvds, I saw a race on boxtel earlier in the year it was a oldie well relativly it was gobert on a 7r and edwards on a vtr at phillip island can anyone tell me what season i will find that race in because i am biased and if i am going to pay good money i may as well see a kwacka win.

cmon someone must know something .....gobert sliding by edwards....doesnt ring a bell he did it on every corner and edwards went by on the straights.

must be a repositery of anciant racing tapes somewhere i was just going to email some sellers in the states.

saved by google its probably this one 2000- Phillip Island Race 1.

I wouldn't mind seeing them.

Gobert raced the zx7r in 96... then went to GP,s. He raced the Bimota in the 2000 wsb and won the first race at P.I.
then he self destructed.. well, a little more than he already had..

so it would be the 96 season i would be looking for its getting harder
dont happen to have a copy somewhere you can copy do you dave gooogle seemmed to think it was the 2000 season.

was a fair sort of a race i watched that night worth a rerun and definitly not like the motogp of late it was a tussle and he didnt stop for a bong at the halfway mark either.


I believe thats what all the carry on was about he was into partying and smoking dope.

got some ancient gp stuff coming with gardner and stuff converted from video tape as well.

anybody work in the video library of a tv station???

I do remember a race like that........ but it was a privateer (and it was the cousin or brother of one of the top 5 riders, I think it was chris walker's cousin.... ) and it was an SBK race, but not at phillip island...

He was running 2nd for ages.... in the end he got passed by someone and the spotlight moved to someone else...

Edwards won the race...

yeh this was definitly gobert and edwards the vtr sounded just like a cesna waiting to take off.
