F1 Melbourne

Postby 98ninja » Thu Feb 21, 2013 12:28 pm

So back in October I booked some cheap jetstar flights for me and a mate to go to the F1 in Melbourne for the Saturday
night and leave Monday afternoon.
Long story short, he gets back together with his wife and he cant go. The flights cost $100 return and Jetstar are charging
$260 to transfer the name. It looks like Im going on my own......

So, is anyone from here going? Im seriously doing way too many things on my own lately.

Don't need to transfer the name if you don't have any check in luggage. They don't check ID if you either check in on line or do the self check in, thus you can take anyone you want.

I haven't flown Jetcrash for sometime but Qantas use a self check in, including baggage so no need to check ID. I am not sure in Jetcrash have the same facility as I fly Virgin regularly for business but don't use checkin facilities.

BTW if you cover the accommodation I can stump up the airflight and come along
