Well here we are, all set for what should be a cracker of a Grand final.

well what a corker of a game. Swannies looked home at 1/2 time......good rally from the Hawks but the City end was definitely the scoring end today......how good were the *bookend* goals from Malceski ?? Goodesy did SFA but must have been carrying a significant injury. Bolton was also quiet.

Mitchell worked his arse off for the Hawks, but they just seemed to drop off when it mattered. Perhaps they needed to sharpen up against the Pies instead of the Crows ? It worked for the Swannies !

Looking forward to a settled season next year for the Pies, too many distractions this year. The list won't change that much so we should be up and thereabouts for the finals for another season.....

Roll on 2013 !

I went riding, sounds like I missed a great game too. My younger brother, his missus and his youngest all Hawks supporters, were at the game, paid a shitload for the tickets no doubt, gonna be devo but that's the way it goes.

Yes devastated and could have gone either way in the last quarter and we didn't get away with inaccuracy at goal this time, great game tho and full credit to the Swans.

Hawks loss will hopefully be a key motivator for next year.
