I could do with dropping another 6-7kg and toning up.

I've decided this thread is too expensive...

I have gone from, "Damn, my back protector doesn't fit under my jacket" to, "Damn, I can take my leathers off with out undoing the zips"!!!

Must be time to hit the gym and put some back on again :twisted:

:lol: I wish - the upper section fits me OK - what was missing was the Fox kidney belt I normally wear around the outside. It just keeps everything tidy :lol: like an external girdle......

117 kegs is the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Fuck that, its time to get back on the pushy !!!!!

I'm six months off the smokes and gained ten kg's now!
The missus got me talking scales for Xmas and when I get on they say "one at a time please" :lol:
