Rex Therapy........

As some of you know I've pharked up my back with what is apparently a bulging disc (according to the scans), although my symptoms aren't necessrily bulging disc like. I can pretty well do anything bending wise, sitting etc but if a stand or walk for more than about 20 mins I'm in a world of pain in my arse and upper right leg. Anyway I've been trying to get it sorted for about three months now and it's not really getting me anywhere. I've been staying off the bike and avoiding anything that jars my back etc but on the weekend I thought fuggit.

Fired the Rex up on Saturday arvo and went for a quick 2 hour Hawkesbury run (wasn't the smartest idea because the roads are a tad bumpy but it was sensational).

Took me about 1/2 hour to learn how to ride again but once I was into it I had a ball. Didn't seem to do the back any big drama's (any more than normal anyway). I just took it easy and cruised but the smile on the dial when I got home, cracked a beer and sat in the garage looking at the bike was all worth it.

Is there anything a Rex can't do?...........apparently not.

Would have been better off on a zx10r.

By the time your back started to get sore you wouldve already been home and cracking a beer.

Thats because you probably would not have left the drive way

Sometimes it only takes 20meters to see the merits of a zx10r
