Nothing helps than announcing it to a shit load of buggers that are sure to keep you on the straight and narrow

It's worked for me, and its worked for a few others . . . . So do yourself a favour and announce your intentions!!!

We've all gone through it ourselves, and very keen to provide support to those trying.

Oh .... and in case you havn't heard .... It's no longer cool to smoke

Smoking that is !!!

Yuppers! .. you heard it here first boys n girls . . . I've had a gut full of the fuckin things so decided to ditch the bungers as of today!!!!!

I've been thinking about this for a while and I guess you just have to be in the right frame of mind, so I spose that would be today . I also figured that announcing it to the whole club is a bold move .. But Im sure it will help . .. . wont it?

I will take this oppertunity to appologise to all or any people I have offended along the way with this disgusting habbit .. because I know it does offend . . I would also like to thank Mr Rudd for making the decision a little easier . .although you will now try and get my tax dollars elsewhere Im sure.

I've decided to go with the Patches to start with . .. helped heaps last time I gave it a go . . along with the mini lozengers should the craving get too much.

ALSO . . .if anyone else wants to join me in the persuit of some fresh air, then please come aboard . ... We know its alot more fun on a group ride than riding solo ... sometimes I believe there was one or two who said they would . .. what have you got to lose ????

For those that I regularly keep company with . .. I appologise in advance for my mood swings . .

i've been off em since january, so just keep plugging away...you'll notice the benefits pretty quick.

now just stick to it!!!

11 months for me, there is a pill, not Zyban, that absolutely did the trick for me, well done, the toughest time is the one when you have just finished a good ride, good luck

Hey . .. good to hear about a couple of success stories ....... Ive heard of the pill thing, but also there being some side effects of depression or something . ... Will keep up with the patches and see how it goes. ..

Oh, and in regards to Facebook .... thats for the younguns Im too old for that sort of shinnanogans. .. and besides, the KSRC is just as good

I'm on those pills (champix)... and like zyban they mess with your head... but not as much that i can tell... but i'm having some wonderful weird vivid dreams of late!
