Lift Kits, NSW RTA aprroval required

This may not effect any of us as bike riders, but knowing that there are quite a few 4x4 & modified car owners here, it will certainly effect on those people.

This new regulation is beyond a joke, and they tried to slip it through unnoticed. Pretty much any suspension alteration at all, up or down, on any vehicle, will need a string of tests and certification if this passes!

There is an oline petition, for what it's worth, if anyone feels like signing it.

People were ranting about it on the radio saying it's revenue raising and ridiculous etc etc....

It's probably the stupidity of a very few making it a pain in the ass for everyone. :oops:

yeah saw this in the paper last week. The transport Minister stated "In my mind any car lowered or raised by more the 5cm's is too dangerous to be on the road".

HOW SO MR MINISTER? please explain your superior logic to us mere peasents!!!
