Drunk crashes motorised bar stool

Authorities in Ohio say a US man has been charged with drink driving after crashing his motorised bar stool.

Police in Newark, 30 miles east of Columbus, say when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower.
Kile Wygle, 28, went to hospital with minor injuries. Police say he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer at the hospital that he had consumed 15 beers.
Wygle told police his motorised bar stool can go up to 38mph.
Wygle has pleaded not guilty and has requested a jury trial.

Classic and its even got a wheelie bar on the back.

as soon as the prosecutors can produce a law that says, you need a licence for a bar stool (motorised or otherwise), they can nail his bum

Ok mate, was thinking about making it ZX 9 powered but then i figured i fall of enough bar stools that aren't engine driven
