Helmet Laws in Nigeria

Just a little link to let you all know that you can't wear dried out pumpkin shells as helmets, especially in Nigeria!

What does the loophole say?

"Pumpkin shells may be worn in place of actual helmets." ???

And is this the same loophole that lets them wear icecream containers?

Why don't we have motorcycle taxis!? Anybody got some money we can open up a new taxi firm with??? I reckon we'd make heaps. Or at least have fun trying.
