I've been thinking about getting a penis enlargement?

Kath has been at me for a while now to investigate having some additional girth added. I was just wondering if any others out there had already gone down this path and what they felt would yield the best results? Is plastic surgery the only option??

I feel a 65 - 70 degree angle is the most aesthetically pleasing angle, to be honest. For the girth topic - take as large as the docs think they can stretch it to. I have it on good (or goat) authority that it's all about the girth, not the length anyway. So, ask them to stretch as far as is medically possible and you won't be upset with the results!

Actually Dave, I've been thinking... maybe it might be best to only upgrade your girth to medium, instead of monstrous. Last time I porked your missus, she screamed like a stuck pig. Granted, she couldn't get enough, but she was walking funny for weeks afterwards...

Yeah, go with medium -> it's probably as far as they can stretch it anyway, dude.
