Well Hi Guys and Gals,

I've been out of action for a while...oh, about 10 months if I've marked the calendar off properly. Guess my desire for revenge and justice was just a little too heavy a burden to carry. I went after the bastard that ran me down on February 22nd last year. Ended up doing 10 months jail for it. I was released just yesterday.

Not that I can recommend holidaying at Judy Spence's and Anna Bligh's expense, but I must say it was an enlightening experience.

I had me a little bit of success with compensation. The Nominal Third Party Defendant agreed to $742,000 settlement. Criminal compensation commences at the end of the turds trial sometime this year. I'm told he needs to heal from his injuries before he is able to attend court.
Anyway, I just wanted to get back online tonight and let everyone know I'm back... and will be sporting the new look 2007 Augusta MV F4 312 in the very near future. Look forward to you all catching up with me soon.

Well, in Queensland, you have the right to remain silent..Of course, if you exercise that right, the police will stomp on ya head, zap ya with 50,000 volts, argue that you were trying to escape, and then make a statement for you . You cant win.

So, I cant really go into too many details, but lets just say the prick wont be running anyone else over in a hurry.

I agree with most of you... I dont condone it either... but a couple of glasses of Red Wine and four 50mg Morphine Tabs the doc prescribed, and I really wasn't worried about consequences... Yes the cops did eventually charge him, and now her. (My girlfriend, her ex boyfriend and brother ran me down collectively...)
Guess everyone has there breaking point huh.

But nuff said...it's good to be back... be even better when I can get out and have a ride.

Welcome back Dan. Heaps up for the "Disco Patrols" when ya get another scoot. Seems they can't stop us killing ourselves & are getting their bums kicked at a ministerial level ... again .. still. Track time is the go.
