I must admit, I've had a few strong cravings where I thought .... just a puff wouldnt hurt

Yeah still hangin in on day 5.
Some strong cravings while on night shift but made it thru ok
Thought the same aswell Richo just one wouldn't hurt but survived without it

I am sooooooooooooooooooo proud of all you guys, so so so proud, and my dearest hasn't been ready to kill me yet, that's right folks he has quit smoking and I am still alive, can you believe it, I know some wouldn't be able to
