Yeah, im just dissapointed in myself I guess..... They give you this CD which your supposed to play a little bit of every day, it has some bad psychology on there....... well, it cant be that bad because some of it is pretty deep.... There is one bit on there which was quite deep, it said something along the lines of "You cant become a complete failure by making one bad decision, you consistantly have to make bad decisions, over and over.... For that same reason the opposite can be said also, if you make small good decisions over and over you can be a huge success"...

Well then I think you are going to be very successful. :D Just don't be to harsh on yourself. In the game of weight lose you don't always drop kg's every week either. :D :D

  Yes and good thoughts but as others have said remember muscle weighs more so if that body of yours is becoming more toned the weight will be coming off but the scales may say different.

Last night I had one of those self obsorbed moments where I reflected on my life, my dreams and my hopes...

I came to realise that several things had to change in my life.... the most obvious ones being my eating and exercise habbits...

8 years ago I weighed in at around 90KG and I was pretty much all muscle... These days I weigh an embarresing 138kg (rounded up by .2)...

So, I have decided to lose that weight and get back down to around 100kg...

Why am I telling you? You are probably wondering... I personally find that I perform well when I am being scrutinised (in a supportive way) by others.... I am a really competitive person so that makes a difference to me...

The other reason is that people are often offended when you do something out of the norm.... So that said, it means that when I come to parties, unfortunately I wont be drinking like I used to... and your party pies will be safe...

Im going to be re-joining the gym, eating healthy and pretty much laying off the booze (I will still imbibe at some parties.... hey... im only human right!)...

So, just thought I would let everyone know...

Starting weight, 138KG.... 5 June...
Target 100Kg, 4 Sept

Wish me luck...... I need it....

You are not on your own - I was 137 kgs a few weeks ago and decided enough was enough and have gotten down to 129kgs in the last few weeks - it is really hard during the holidays - too much free time to go and buy lunch etc... Keep at it and don't give up- remember - every 5 or 6 kilos you lose is approx. 1 extra horsepower!

Yeah, I should really thank her one of these days... She is nice enough to hide the M&M's from me and not put temptation in my way every few minutes.... She is great.... My wife is great! Thank you wifey! :)
