still somehow managed to get a big dent in the tank so not keen on parking it there anymore.

I have a mate who also parks there - the trick is apparently to park as close to the wall as you can, because then you're further away from stupid people who dent things. I'm thinking of getting a permit to park there just purely so my poor red bike doesn't fade in the harsh sun more than it has already.

When I last parked on Bowen St, I had some security guy threaten to fine me for it. I parked near the statue thing for a while, although I heard that's apparently naughty as well. I tend to park on A'Beckett St near Bowen St these days, so if you see nogoodniks messing with my ride I hope you other RMITers will chase them away.

you don't need a permit to park there with the bike. well I haven't in the last 2 years anyway.

I'm an Operations Manager for a sailing company in the Whitsundays. Used to drive the things and dive off them as well, but got sick of getting wet and spending too much time at sea with a boat load of tourists.
Cheers,
Pete.

Good Call Dan, But i think someone down south is already doing referrals.

Thankfully Bobbi is a top cook & Matty can finally catch the train to school on his own. It's a bugger getting his "little lunch" money in his hankerchief in the mornings.

Me a shitkicker forklift operator!

But hey tell me where else i can sleep in every day, work mon-fri and have no responsibility and earn what Johnny Howard considers an average wage.

Hey Brett if i had to alter the wiring of a house would you sign off on it??

Or if i ran all the wires and asked you nicely to fit the hotpoints and light fittings would you do that??

Now all i need is a plumber with a casual attitude to council approval and i can start my empire!

Oh yeah, I'm a bit of a Jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none kinda guy.

No but if you Highside the Forklift (touch wood) I'll wipe your arse when you come outta the coma. ThenI'll hand you your meds & alcohol consumtiom while you learn to walk again. Then cause we're really good mates. I'll "Nana you till the cows come home" to get clean & back on the forklift.

As for the Sparkie work, I'll help ya fit out Glenn but i wont be signing anything.
Cheers Brett
