Lost this week 0.4kg
Total weight lost: 40kg

next milestone = The finish........ 90Kg.... thats 96.6kg

Wohoo. As I said before mate Congrat's!! The last 7kg's should easy.. Althought you'll prob find them the hardest esp if you don't stay motivated!!!

I can't believe you weigh less than me know

I really need to pull my finger out.. I wanna get down to 90kg's as well..

Not sure how Im going to do today...............

People always say its harder going when you get closer to your target........ my biggest problem seems to be motivation more than anything else..... Yes I got some excersize in this week... probably about 2.5 hours worth of walking..... but as far as diet goes .... well... lets just say that wine is not a listed element in my book....

I could have done more to get a good result.... so with that said.... I dont expect to do well this week....... Im hoping to lose a tiny bit.... but wont be surprised if I break even or worse....

Had a good weekend though

Im going to go hard out this week..... No drinking at all..... and loads of excercise..... I just want to finish damnit!
