Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with 1 banana
Morning Tea: Fruit smoothy
Lunch: 2 slices wholemeal, lettuce, union, 1 slice of cheese
Afternoon tea: A banana
Dinner: A portobella mushroom with some (no meat) tomato based pasta sauce, 1 Tspoon pine nuts and some parmesian cheese to top it off (chuck in the oven for 15 mins, YUMMO!)
Excersize: About 40 mins all up doing cardio
