My mate hasnt had a smoke for around 7yrs, and thats what he says, his still a smoker, just one that hasnt had one for a long time, he was a heavy smoker to.
And the other good thing to come out of it, by stop smoking, the money he saved paid for his new bike. win win. on that note im going outside to have one![]()
