stereo, this is probably the only LONG thread on KSRC that i've actually read from start to present and i have to say i found it very good reading, factual and as far as i can see, honest without much if any BS, i'd just like to congratulate you on dropping that much weight even tho you didn't quite manage to do it by the intended date - better late than never! you did a great job, including giving up the cancer sticks - ive been off em for as long as i've been with the missus and its been a lot better since then, healthwise especially. keep up the good work dude.
