I am tipping that I am not going to lose a lot this week... may even put on a little bit..... But who knows... Had a bit of a problem with self control....also a bit of a problem with drinking.......... as in... drank too much over the last week.....

5 December

Starting weight: 136.4
Current weight : 103.8
Lost this week 1.3kg
Total weight lost: 32.7kg

last milestone 30kg lost
Next milestone 100kg (3.9kg away)

Not bad at all.... Considering the drinking on friday night, snacking on saturday night and BBQ'ing on sunday..... Only went to the gym once, did a couple of half hour (lunchtime) walks and one long walk....

Very happy with that...

This week I am aiming for 2kg.... I want to hit 100kg before xmas...

Keep it up buddy, I too have gone on a massive health kick this last 12-15 months.

I have dropped from around 140kgs, I currently weigh around 95kgs. I have gained alot of lean muscle mass and feel so much healthier all around.

One thing that always helped me was when I saw something I was tempted to eat (Say a chocolate), I would think "Once I swallow it, the enjoyment is gone and I have to burn that off".

Keep it up! You have done excellent so far.

Oh, and another thing - STOP USING SCALES! It doesn't matter you weigh, decide what you are happy with visually/physically. You will be gaining lean mass whilst burning off fat.

 Fark that's a lot well done.

Hey Stereo when the missus would feel down about having a bad week, i did the bottles in the bag trick then told her to walk around with them for 15mins. First i got the look of shock horror but after 5min the bottles would be on the cupboard and the missus would have a smile from ear to ear.

Dude keep up the good work esp at this time of the year
