So i've tried replacing the smokes with lots of sex, it kind of worked but are there any other suggestions???

Going good here too Frog, 4 wks down an getting easier. Still get the mad craving every now and then but it goes once I distract myself with something else

Ok, i am working long hours at a workplace that doesnt allow smoking, so I have severly cut down to about 15 a day.
Working on it slowly.
