im doing really well considering everything thats been going on latley,
i usually have between 10-15 on a good day 15-20 on a bad one
yesterday i only had 3!
im cutting them down and will end up dropping to none
im happy i got my new gym yesterday, it really helps in taking your mind off the cravings
