Pabs & Glen, lucky barstages both of ya !! The last decent live gig I went to in Sincity was the original KISS line-up back in 2000 ?

We were only 7 rows back from the stage, directly in front of Gene Simmons.....it was a blast....

Sounds like your gig was as well, great stuff. Nothing like the 'old rockers' is there.........you can tell, by the *total lack* of any interest in anything new, say like that freakshow Snoop Doggy Dogg Shit........    what a fuckhead.

Gotta agree with you there Gos...

although my Musical tastes stem from a different era (i.e. Late 80's - Metal - Grunge), there has not been very many new bands/music i have added to my collection... :?

System of a Down, Audioslave and Wolfmother have been just a few...

If anything I'd probably compare Wolfmother to Black Sabbath rather then Zeppelin, but it's all good.

I have to agree with Gos though, there isn't much around for the old fella's these days. Christ I'm starting to sound like my old man. Phaaaaark!!

There's a few of the old crusty's touring this year, so it's a bit of a bonanza for the oldies, next up is supposedly Aerosmith and then hopefully AC/DC plus I've heard The Who are dragging themselves around again.
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.

Agreed, but should it be compare or totally ripped off their sound?
