Hey guys

Ive have been transfered back to a sydney hospital, started rehab; have a few pending investigations.

I have recieved a few pm's regarding visits, thanks for thinking of me, im happy for visitors, provided we have met personally before, PM for details.

On another note, been notified by the smash repairer that the bike wont be fixed, it appears it will be raptured by the kwaka gods. Im a little sad considering how much work i put into it.

If anyone is after a current shape zx6r as a trackie & wants more info about the bike damage, you could pm wattie, ive only seen photos.

Thanks, wattie, smithy5 & disco for the msg's.

I have been discharged this afternoon, following a trial home visit over the weekend. With the help of a few OT aids it will make life easier at home, that's not to say that I won't have a tough road ahead of me to come.

I'm doing reasonably okay considering my injuries, being younger, reasonably fit & wanting to get better has helped get me discharged sooner rather than later. I do believe a few hospital admins/dr's wanted me out a lot sooner, not because of my state of well being but rather there dislike when being assertively challenged by a patient/practitioner

Well, the bike was been written off and the insurer has been reasonably good. They are paying me out rather than replacing new for old, as it will probably be some time before I am able to make it back on two wheels.

Bummer, however it just gives me something harder to work for.

Did Wattie give it back to them? I thought he hid it in his garage! :kuda:

I believe the bike is now hiding in scotty's garage, so its staying within the club.

It was great meeting some new faces at ray's meeting & catching up with the familiars; to the guys i missed; sorry my back & leg was giving alot of grief, wasnt expecting that we would grill SB for 2.5hrs straight.

In terms of recovery im heading back up to the hunter next week to have another operation which will hopefully address some ongoing stuff & get me back on two wheels quicker.

Hopefully seeya's on the road soon. :kuda:
