Me and a mate are sitting at the traffic lights glint in the eye,we scan the area there are no visible safety issues lights turn green lets go, Both of us accelerate as fast as possible and reach the terminal speed of the road conditions or posted speed limit.
So legally where do I stand. TechnicallyI have not broken the road rules
