sounds like rego is completly fucked in NSW to me... The only thing that should differ is the insurance component dependant on where you live.. and maybe if you are under 600cc or over...

Anything else should be irrelevant because it comes under your vehicle insurance.

yes rego is screwed in NSW many years ago

there is categories
0-100cc for me $80
100-300 for me $180
300cc-600cc for me $410
600-1000
1000+

it all varies dependant on the factors and also some companies will give a discount if you take full comp with them

I have third party, I thought the green slip covered everyone else and just left me and my bike stuffed ? I'm not getting a new bike, I'll be getting a second hand bike ! If your worried about riding with me, does that mean you'll just move aside and let me through if you see me coming ? LOL ! How can you be sure that everyone else on the road is insured enough to fix your bike if they hit you ?

that's what I'm arguing for... I believe third party property should be compulsory, I personally keep my bikes comprehensively insured for my own peace of mind...

oh and as for your passing me kiddo, try not to get too distracted by your disappointment and hurt yourself as you watch my taillight disappearing two corners in :P   j/k -J.

i agree with you re the 3rd party
prob is in places like UK the insurers have screwed all the young people, prob because they cause a lot of claims i guess , but they are being royally screwed over either way

i use to only have 3rd partty property on my blade..it cost me $120 a year..as opposed to $3200 i was quoted for full comp...

3rd party personal-covers the PERSON- injuries hospital etc

3rd Party PROPERTY- covers that BMW/Merc u just lowsided into...

a mate told me he couldnt afford to insure his R1....hes just finished paying back $4k damage to the Falcon he hit..... if he hadda paid the $200 or so for 3rd party, his R1 would be nearly fixed by now!!

LOL ! Haha, you can't have it both ways, either you ride like a legend, and your gonna leave me behind, in which case you don't have to worry about me crashing into you ? Or you ride like an old lady, in which case I'm the least of your worries ? LOL !
