They still raised 1.7 Mil. NOt a bad effort. $2 of that was mine. I did not go the meal as the coke only distracts from the taste of beer.

Duane your kind offer to have a much hated big mac meal did nothing!! Think of the children dude.
I got a wrist band so my donation counts, then i went next door to red rooster for some real food to eat while i put my wrist band on!

They need money all the time - SenNey go to maccas on smith street in collingwood they have little things in the drive through you can chuck your money in to donate to ronald mcdonald house, i chuck my change in everytime i go there.

I do the same thing, they have them at the counter and in drive through.

Yes they need the money, i didn't say they didn't.
But if people were aware a meal didn't make a donation, more would buy a burger on it's own.
Therefore they would help more out...

I was just curious about this as I thougt it ALL went as a donation so I emailed them and sure enough,,,, even ppl that work and Macca's have no idea :?

There is no fine print according to what Lainie received.. I didn't even know it was Mc Happy day or wtf it's called r I would have bowled into Maccas, just love the shakes pigs fat or not!!!!

I must admit I had no idea either. I am not a Maccas fan and really couldn't eat a Big Mac butthe kiddies would of :? I think it was a case that the person serving had no idea at all :? :?

Their fries are coated in nylon, though

well ..lets face it...they dont have to do it..they dont have to sponsor Mac House...so ANYTHING they give is a bonus...

i agree with senneys comment tho- i woulda just bought burgers if id known (if in fact its true).... either way...im not dead and Maccas raised $1.7mil so its a good day...

All soft serve is made of pig fat...just dont tell ne muslims...they may get upset...
