101.6 this week.

Had spent 4 days in hospital so i've put on some of the weight i lost there.

Still a loss is a loss and i'm now the lightest i've been for many years.

Bit bummed out about that to be honest. I was really feeling good counting down that one kilo every week :(

You will go up and down. The secret is not to loss motivation. Keep your head up and work a bit harder the next week. :D

That's after moving the scales to the best spot - they were originally saying +1.2 :shock:
